Hyverr at AI Month: AI Transformation of Public Administration

On 15 October 2025, at the "AI Transformation of Public Administration" event in the AI Hub on Rohanské nábřeží, Lukáš Řeha from Hyverr will speak. From 11:50–12:10 he will lead the session "AI automation of public-sector workflows", where we will present our Digital Clerk — pairing large language models with robotic process automation to streamline back-office processes across internal systems.

What will he talk about?

A combination of large language models (LLM) and RPA tools for automating processes with unstructured data.

Integration of LLM and RPA

• Improves understanding of documents using advanced NLP techniques.
• Automates complex decisions and streamlines workflows.
• Provides context-aware insights for better classification, data extraction, and data entry.

Core functions

• Digitization — converting documents (papers, emails, images, web) into readable text using OCR; creating a digital version ready for automation.
• Extraction — capturing key data (names, dates, amounts, descriptions) to populate internal systems or update databases.
• Classification — sorting documents by keywords, layout, or using machine learning into specific types (e.g., invoice, contract).
• Validation — verifying the accuracy and completeness of data: checking format, consistency, comparing with existing records, and correcting errors if necessary.

Czech Artificial Intelligence Association, the largest AI organization in the Czech Republic with more than 200 corporate members, has declared October AI Month. As part of mesic.ai, more than 100 free events will take place. Everything will take place in the unique AI Hub on Rohanské nábřeží, which will open for one month as the epicenter of AI in the Czech Republic. The event is under the auspices of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic (MPSV) and NÚKIB, and the organizer will support the Vlček Family Foundation.

About the event “AI Transformation of Public Administration” How can artificial intelligence transform the functioning of offices, state institutions, and services for citizens?
