From 21–23 May 2025, Hyverr joined more than 2,500 exhibitors, over 1,500 startups and visitors from upward of 100 countries at GITEX EUROPE in Messe Berlin, Europe’s premier tech and startup gathering exploring the latest breakthroughs in AI, quantum computing, green tech, cybersecurity and beyond. 24 hours before the halls opened we warmed up at SAP’s CIC Centrum Berlin, where our team previewed the AI Orchestration platform that blends Robotic Process Automation with machine-learning and large-language models to streamline unstructured-data work. The show’s opening day delivered a flood of productive conversations with organizations eager to overhaul how they handle documents, emails and other unstructured content. That momentum carried into Day 3’s Czech Innovation Hour, where Lukas Reha took the Tech Talk stage to present “AI Orchestration – Innovative cooperation of RPA with machine learning and AI models.” His live example, Hyverr’s Automated Mailroom already running in Czech municipal-government offices, demonstrated email triage completed in seconds: each message is read, routed to the correct department and only genuine exceptions are flagged for staff, saving significant manpower, accelerating turnaround and freeing teams for higher-value tasks. Across all three days our booth kept pace with the energy on the floor as visitors shared their digital-transformation challenges and explored how our Intelligent Automation solution processes incoming emails, invoices, contracts and more according to predefined procedures. Every discussion sharpened our focus and underscored the appetite for technologies that convert unstructured data into efficient, accurate workflows. První den veletrhu přinesl příval smysluplných rozhovorů s organizacemi, které hledají nové způsoby, jak zpracovávat dokumenty, e-maily a další nestrukturovaný obsah. Tato energie pokračovala i třetí den během Czech Innovation Hour, kde vystoupil Lukáš Řeha s prezentací „AI Orchestration – Inovativní spolupráce RPA s machine learningem a AI modely.“ Na konkrétním příkladu – Hyverr’s Automated Mailroom, který je již nasazen v úřadech české místní samosprávy – ukázal, jak systém provede třídění e-mailů během několika sekund: každý e-mail je přečten, přesměrován na správné oddělení a pouze skutečné výjimky jsou předány zaměstnancům. Výsledkem je významná úspora lidské práce, zrychlení procesů a uvolnění kapacit pro úkoly s vyšší přidanou hodnotou.

Po všechny tři dny naše expozice držela krok s energií na výstavní ploše, zatímco návštěvníci sdíleli své výzvy v oblasti digitální transformace a zkoumali, jak naše řešení Inteligentní Automatizace zpracovává příchozí e-maily, faktury, smlouvy a další dokumenty dle předem definovaných postupů. Každý rozhovor nám pomohl upřesnit náš směr a potvrdil rostoucí zájem o technologie, které dokážou proměnit nestrukturovaná data v efektivní a přesné pracovní toky.
