Together with Hyverr, we have been developing automation across the processes of the Zl\u00edn City Hall for over three years \u2014 from the first pilot projects through stable operations to continuous expansion across different departments. Thanks to the implemented RPA projects, we now automatically unify and standardize the processing of received electronic documents, monitor data accuracy and consistency, speed up document circulation, and ensure full traceability of the entire process as well as timely inputs for subsequent work activities. By using shared templates and standards, we deploy new processes more quickly and maintain clear management of more than ten automations within the economic department.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

We began our cooperation with Hyverr at Hyundai at the end of 2022. From the initial on-site analysis and delivery of the first five pilot automated processes, the collaboration has seamlessly grown into a long-term partnership supporting our UiPath strategy. Together with Hyverr experts, we established a unified approach to managing automation \u2013 from quick benefit qualification through standardized analysis, development, and testing, all the way to continuous support of automated operations and UiPath infrastructure management. Today, we operate a portfolio of nearly 20 automations, primarily in Finance and Treasury, complemented by Procurement and Sales. These processes now run faster, with less manual effort, clear audit trails, and transparent reporting for management.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

Collaboration with Hyverr helps us automate routine processes across Kofola more efficiently. Tasks such as preparing materials for the finance and controlling departments, entering received invoices into the SAP system, handling offboarding and onboarding operations, and generating daily reports for the sales team are now fully automated, eliminating the need for time-consuming manual work. Thanks to automation in these areas, we achieve significant time savings that we can then invest in higher value-added activities.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

The partnership with Hyverr has enabled us at Knorr-Bremse to continue our automation agenda on the Hyland platform at the beginning of 2023 without a lengthy ramp-up \u2013 precisely at a time when it was difficult to find developers for this tool on the market. Hyverr quickly adapted, built on existing processes, and smoothly transitioned into production development; today we operate around ten automations that ease the workload of procurement and support teams (e.g., purchase order creation or automatic uploading of approved budgets). The result is fewer manual steps, shorter processing times, and consistent data for decision-making. We are also expanding this successful cooperation to include support for automations using the UiPath platform.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

Thanks to our collaboration with Hyverr, we successfully digitalized the process of collecting maintenance requests across our facilities. Using the application, we now manage the entire approval process efficiently and systematically, taking into account the type of activity, budget, and implementation timeline. We have gained an overview of costs, repair time demands, and recurring issues in individual buildings. The systematic record-keeping allows us to plan and optimize maintenance more effectively over time. Based on this positive experience, we have decided to expand the solution to other facilities as well.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

We implemented the ServiceDesk application from Hyverr to ensure detailed and systematic record-keeping of our key technologies and equipment, including, for example, forklifts. Thanks to the application, we have full control over each asset\u2019s complete \u201cbirth certificate\u201d \u2014 including registration and technical data, warranty information, operating hours, suppliers, performed service interventions, maintenance, and inspections \u2014 all in accordance with current legislative requirements.The application enables us to monitor recurring issues and efficiently plan necessary service interventions. Based on these insights, we can not only plan and monitor activities but also strategically manage the renewal of key assets in our warehouse facilities.
